Schick-Cook engagement is announced

CORTLAND — Robert and Terri Schick, 3700 Ridge Road, are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Cortney Schick, of the same address, and Nicholas Cook, a son of Kenneth and Betty Cook, all of 175 Creekside Drive, Maple Heights.

Miss Schick graduated from Kent State University with an intervention specialist degree. She is a preschool teacher at Goddard School of Macedonia.

Mr. Cook earned a degree in computer science from Franklin University in Columbus and is employed by UPS and Grainger Industrial Supply in the Cleveland area.

The couple will issue invitations for the wedding they are planning for March of 2010.
