Negotiate with these cops. More man power is needed. Otherwise it's going to be a long Winter with red snow !
Youngstown Needs To Get It's Act Together. Put More Police Officer's On The Street. Are You Kidding Me.. The Mayor Better Wake Up & Smell the Coffee..
You are right. What happened to zero tolerance.
When they have 24/7 time there will be plenty of crime . Crime is now the culture of Youngstown . While Jay is finding excuses the criminals are finding opportunities . Perhaps Jay feels that if the culture spills over past the city line others will take care of it . Lots of low tech jobs need to be generated to cut down on the time available for crime .
JAY HAS A PLAN

Ytown is right on track to maintain our average. Now with a good push this fall we could win another national championship. It will take a real effort by the culture to pull it off but we have what it takes.
