Yes it is cancer awareness month. We all should be aware of this dreaded disease. But a semi local actor funny guy by the name of Drew from Cleveland is pushing a plan. He asks for so many to sign up on his Twitter and he will donate money to another Drew with cancer. (YES all the money goes to one person not a hospital for kids or research where it is really needed...what sick kid doesnt love a book ot toy?) I digress...The monies are funneled thru Livestrongwho is Lance Armstrong. Yep cancer survivor. But the niggly bit is this...Good old I am a bloody hero Lance is flogging bracelets for his cause. And yes I bought one silly me . Got it home and guess what people? IT IS MADE IN CHINA! The all American poster boy is sending your charity $$$ to China to put them to work...not you The American! Get real! I am so mad about this! I would have been better off flushing the $ down the toilet! Be aware where your hard earned charity $$$ goes everyone! If in question,local is always a good bet!
