What I would like to know is that if this guy is on a full disability from the Military, how then is he able to perform a his duties as a police officer? This guy is either a nut job or the most unlucky sob that ever lived. I'm leaning towards nutjob myself. He crashes one cruiser, leaves another on railroad tracks where it is destroyed by an oncoming train and gets himself shot, or shoots himself, all inside a 2 month period.
