The families of Brandon D. Good Sr. and Jessica L. Valsi are announcing the couple’s engagement and approaching marriage.

Jessica L. Valsi of Niles is the daughter of Robert S. Valsi of Niles and Charlotte Richards of Struthers. Parents of the groom-elect are Marcia J. Good and Ron D. Good, both of Salem.

The bride-elect earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Youngstown State University in 2012 and her Master of Arts degree in public policy and management from The Ohio State University in 2020. She is employed as an education program specialist in the Battelle Center at The Ohio State University.

Mr. Good of Salem is an alumnus of Kent State University and will complete an associate of applied business in accounting technology in 2025. He serves as an engagement operations specialist at Cohen & Company.

The couple will host their wedding celebration in early May this year at Fellows Riverside Gardens in Mill Creek Park in Youngstown.
