WARREN — 717 Credit Union has partnered with Sparrow, a technology company that specializes in equitable student loan lending, to launch a loan marketplace to make education more affordable and accessible to Ohio residents.

The marketplace includes in-school and refinance loans, competitive rates, flexible repayment options, no hidden costs and co-signer release, according to a news release.
