The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information which would lead to the capture of fugitive Allen Tisdale. Tisdale is wanted by the Columbiana County Sheriff’s Office and the United States Marshals Service for aggravated murder.

He is charged in connection with the July 15, 2021, shooting death of 20-year-old Brycen Douglas in East Liverpool.

Tisdale, 24, is described as a black male, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing approximately 142 pounds. Tisdale is known to frequent the Cleveland and Youngstown areas.
