YOUNGSTOWN — Officials of Youngstown CityScape have announced the winners of their 13th annual “Beautification Awards” at a recent ceremony and reception at the DeYor Performing Arts Center in downtown Youngstown.
Awards were given in four categories including: residential, community, institution and business.
