March 5, 3:29 a.m. — After a call to Walgreens regarding a robbery in progress, Kelim A. Rushton, 35, 516 Griffith St., Youngstown, was charged with aggravated robbery and two counts of kidnapping.
March 4, 2:58 p.m. — Sabrina A. Nicholson, 24, 3985 S. Schenley Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for aggravated menacing.
2:56 p.m. — After a call to Home Depot, 7001 Southern Blvd., regarding a shoplifter, Amanda L. Johnson, 29, 240 Sherman St., Lisbon, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments, and Derek J. Johnson, 32, of the same address, was charged with theft and possession of drug paraphernalia.
12:41 p.m. — Stuart D. Richardson, 33, 4640 South Ave., Boardman, was charged with theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
March 3, 2:30 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on U.S. Route 224, David J. Perry, 54, 24 W. Portland Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant for a probation violation.
7 a.m. — Ira J. Rihel, 38, 3459 Lynwood Drive, Warren, was arrested by Niles police on a Boardman warrant for theft.
1:17 a.m. — After a traffic stop on Market Street, Ikequiala C. Thomas, 31, 847 Pasadena Ave., Youngstown, was charged with no operator’s license, drug abuse-marijuana, and open container, and she was arrested on a Struthers warrant for failure to appear.
March 2, 7:57 p.m. — Following a call to a Wolosyn Circle residence regarding a runaway juvenile, a 12-year-old Boardman male was charged with being an unruly juvenile.
1:33 p.m. — Anthony R. Sylvester, 42, 4308 Leffingwell Road, Canfield, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.
11 a.m. — Chad V. Lang Jr., 25, 47981 Lincoln St., East Liverpool, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for inducing panic.
March 1, 11:58 a.m. — Amanda L. Johnson, 29, 240 Sherman St., Lisbon, was charged with theft, and Derek J. Johnson, of the same address, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments following a shoplifting call at Touchdown Gifts, 7401 Market St.
Feb. 29, 11:24 p.m. — Following a call to Buffalo Wild Wings, 7401 Market St., regarding a person taking tip money off the tables, a 14-year-old Youngstown male was charged with theft.
6:46 p.m. — Following a call to the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., regarding a juvenile that was previously warned off the property, a 15-year-old Boardman male was charged with criminal trespassing.
6:44 a.m. — Following the observation of a reported stolen vehicle parked at 7109 Market St., Kimberly A. O’Connell, 28, 58 Rutledge Drive, Youngstown, was charged with possession of a drug abuse instrument and receiving stolen property, and was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for failure to appear.
2:22 a.m. — Following an investigation into a vehicle parked at Town and Country Motel, 5235 Market St., Tiffany D. Bolen, 37, 168 Winchester Ave., Youngstown, was charged with obstructing official business, and possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, and was arrested on a Portage County warrant for failure to appear; Jeret L. Hiles, 36, 2711 South Union Ave., Alliance, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments, and was arrested on multiple failure to appear warrants out of Youngstown; Shawn E. Feb. 27, 8:51 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 616, Danere A. Bennett-Pinkard, 29, 4911 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was charged with failure to reinstate, falsification, having weapons while under a disability, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, obstructing official business and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, and Archelaus K.A. Williams, 22, 544 Hyatt Ave., Campbell, was charged for the same violations and was taken into custody on Youngstown Municipal Court warrants for fleeing and eluding and failure to stop after an accident.
Feb. 25, 4:37 p.m. — Following a traffic stop on state Route 170, Michael J. Clark, 41, 915 Afton Ave., Boardman, was charged with driving while under suspension and was arrested on a Mahoning County Court warrant for contempt of court.
9:31 a.m. — An investigation was conducted after several individuals saw a coyote walking along Second Street. The coyote was not located after it was said to have entered the wooded area near the path on Sheridan Road.
