June 16, 2:01 a.m. — Man banging on the door and refusing to leave reported at 7410 West Blvd. Brian R. Vanderhorst, 33, 10203 Empire St., Cleveland, was arrested for domestic violence threats.

June 15, 6:45 p.m. — Fight reported at 371 Erskine Ave. Paul R. Kepp, 39, of that address, was arrested for domestic violence following a call to that address regarding a fight.

5:00 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive. Nicholas C. Scharringhausen, 21, 2219 Oakwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for theft, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest.

June 14, 8:06 p.m. — Richard H. Robinson, 56, 549 West Judson Ave., Youngstown, voluntarily turned himself in on a Boardman warrant for theft.

4:07 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Giant Eagle, 1201 Doral Drive. Lynn E. Como, 45, 252 Iroquois St., Struthers, was arrested for theft.

12:03 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Family Dollar, 4030 Market St. Charshell D. Tensley, 31, 1312 Buckeye Court, Youngstown, was arrested for theft, and Alvin P. Traylor, 54, 136 East Boston Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for theft and on Boardman warrants for theft.

2:25 a.m. — Noise complaint for a vehicle with a loud radio reported at 4819 Erie St. Tomika S. Tucker, 38, of that address, was arrested for obstructing official business and was cited for disorderly conduct while intoxicated.

June 13, 8:00 p.m. — Fight reported at 63 Wilda Ave. Nicholas J. Molina, 33, 492 Aladdin Road, Springfield, Ill., was arrested on a Mahoning County warrant for a weapons offense probation violation.

4:46 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road. Madison A. Trokanski, 22, 4201 Logan Gate Road, Youngstown, was arrested for theft.

June 12, 7:18 p.m. — Unwanted person reported at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive. Michael W. Tomlinson, 21, 238 Wilson Ave., Struthers, was arrested for theft.

1:21 p.m. — Suspicious vehicle reported on Cook Avenue. Joshua D. Matuska, 36, 67 Woodbine Ave., Youngstown, was arrested for possession of drug abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia, and was cited for driving while under suspension.

June 11, 11:36 p.m. — Traffic stop reported on Glenwood Ave., Kelly L. Nail, 46, 7790 Hitchcock Road, Boardman, was arrested and issued a citation for OVI refusal and was cited for a marked lanes violation.

11:15 p.m. — Multiple vehicle crash reported on South Avenue, Delio L. Debeneditto, 35, 7 Sandy Drive, New Middletown, was arrested for operating a vehicle while impaired.

7:35 a.m. — Stolen motor vehicle reported at 24 Romaine Ave., Joseph W. Lumsden, 36, 105 South Roanoke Ave., Austintown, was arrested for receiving stolen property.

June 10, 7:02 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, Joshua O. Garcia-Rosario, 22, 109 Jefferson St., Campbell, was arrested for theft.

June 9, 12:02 p.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 4508 Southern Blvd., Jeffrey L. Williams, 23, of that address, was arrested for domestic violence.

June 8, 4:02 a.m. — Timothy J. Curtis, 59, 138 State Road, Warren, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for inducing panic following a call to Wagon Wheel Motel, 7015 Market St., regarding a man claiming his property was stolen.

12:21 a.m. — Jabbar D. Spires, 27, 1601 Third St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of having weapons while under a disability, and Shalyse N. Poole, 27, 678 Magnolia Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Campbell warrant for violation of a court order, following a call to Hampton Inn, 7395 Tiffany South regarding a couple arguing loudly.

June 7, 5:41 p.m. — Shae R. Dougalewicz, 23, 6766 Tanglewood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence and criminal trespassing following a call to that address regarding a domestic incident.

12:37 a.m. Michal A. Stanke, 38, 4916 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a Niles warrant for possession of dangerous drugs, following a call to that address regarding a possible overdose.

June 6, 5:45 p.m. — Qweon L. Drayton, 20, 7506 Oregon Trail, Boardman, was arrested on two counts of attempted aggravated burglary.

12:44 a.m. — A 17-year-old Poland boy was arrested for underage possession of fireworks and was cited for a curfew violation, following a call to Sheetz, 134 Boardman Poland Road regarding three boys shooting off fireworks out of a moving vehicle. A 16-year-old Boardman boy and a 17-year-old Boardman boy were each cited for a curfew violation in the incident.

June 5, 11:45 p.m. — Jody A. Strong, 53, 4055 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated.

6:46 p.m. — Shane C. Ayres, 20, 84 Idlewood Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

6:38 a.m. Arthur J. Goldberg, 31, and Summer Pridemore, 22, both of 224 School St., Washingtonville, were each charged with theft following a shopplifting call at Meijers, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road.

2:38 p.m. Nicholas E. Phelps, 28, 1832 Vernon Ave., Warren, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (meth pipes) following a call to 7135 Tiffany Blvd., regarding a man sleeping in his vehicle.

11:04 a.m. — Jahwuan D. Pete, 30, 827 Michigan Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft and on a Girard warrant for failure to appear for arraignment.

June 4, 7:50 p.m. — Kenneth R. Jackson, 73, 2641 Chamberlain Road, Fairlawn, was arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

6:40 p.m. — Joy F. Medina, 51, 1304 E. Florida Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

1:50 a.m. — Clifford J. Cross, 30, 115 Roslyn Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for felony forgery and felony receiving stolen property following a call to Red Roof Inn, 1051 Tiffany South regarding a vehicle parked in a handicap spot without a placard.

June 3, 11:36 p.m. — Travis L. Butterfield, 35, 441 Tenney Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse (methamphetamine) and possession of drug abuse instruments following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked at 7109 Market St.

4 p.m. — Larry P. Wheeler, 43, 925 Mount Jackson Road, New Castle, Pa., was arrested on a Boardman warrant for having drug contraband in his possession when he was transported to the hospital on Nov. 4, 2020 following a call to Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a man walking around in a daze.

9 a.m. — Byron A. Johnson, 43, 1082 Neville Ave., Akron, voluntarily turned himself in on three misdemeanor charges related to a May 25 panic alarm at 862 Stuart Ave.

June 2, 3:18 a.m. — Summer E. Alderman, 42, 10 Florence Drive, Beaver, was arrested on a Campbell warrant for failure to appear at a probation violation hearing following a traffic stop on Southern Boulevard.

June 1, 11:07 p.m. — Brakasia L. McClendon, 22, 712 Park Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia when police discovered a grinder and a pipe during a traffic stop on Shields Road.

8:18 a.m. — James C. Johnson, 35, and Larry V. Crenshaw, 70, both of 3106 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, each were arrested on a charge of theft and Lillian N. Rosado, 21, 3108 Southern Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft and two Boardman warrants for theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

May 31, 12:57 a.m. — Disturbance reported at Days Inn, 7393 South Ave. Julie A. Wagner, 36, 786 Ravenwood St., Akron, was arrested on a charge of assault and was transported to St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital for medical treatment; Shane L. Drogus, 30, 1302 Sunny Ave., New Castle, Pa., was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and disorderly conduct while intoxicated; and Shawn A. Drogus, 30, 317 North Shenango St., New Castle, Pa., was arrested on charges of assault on a police officer, obstructing official business, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

May 30, 11:56 p.m. — Man going through unlocked vehicle reported at 7323 South Ave. Justin R. Leedy, 20, 844 Glenbrook Road, Boardman, was arrested on charges of underage consumption and possession of alcoholic beverages.

11:36 p.m. — Lamar P. Reed, 21, 733 Canterbury Lane, Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana and oxycodone pills and was cited for driving while under suspension and no rear tail light illumination after a traffic stop on Simon Road.

11 a.m. — Esperanza G. Ortiz, 38, 243 Center St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

4:20 a.m. — Domestic dispute reported at 862 Cook Ave. Kevin A. Gibbs, 24, 318 Edwards St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

May 29, 10:57 p.m. — Brianna L. Yerkey, 19, 218 Marion St., Struthers, and Brielle R. Heard, 21, of the same address, were each charged with possession of a schedule II controlled substance, oxycodone Hydrochloride.

2:50 p.m. — Theft reported at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive. Herbert R. Cross, 48, 490 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested on a charge of theft after a report that a person was skip-scanning products at the self-checkout.

12:57 p.m. — Georgette Adams, 60, 2397 Hilliard Park Blvd., Hilliard, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road.

May 28, 6:57 p.m. — Shawna M. Fisher, 28, 48 Bright Ave., Campbell, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

3:07 p.m. — Amber D. Wright, 32, and Kimberly I. Baisden, 41, both of 549 Dupont Road, Verdunville, W.Va., each were arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
