6:31 p.m. — Rudolph K. Matland III, 43, 17475 Beach Lane, Lake Milton, was arrested on a charge of theft following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.
3:43 p.m. — No arrests were made following a report of menacing (road rage) at the intersection of Mahoning Avenue and state Route 46.

Jan. 8, 6:52 p.m. — Warrant papers were sent to Mahoning County deputies who had custody at the Mahoning County Jail of Cquan C. Cross, 28, 617 Fairmont Ave., Youngstown, who was under Austintown warrants for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and domestic violence.
5:46 p.m. — Damian S. Ouellette, 31, 203 N. Yorkshire Blvd., Austintown, was arrested on a Newton Falls warrant for failure to appear for pretrial, following a call to that address regarding a domestic altercation.
