YOUNGSTOWN — Christopher R. Hunter, 44, whose last known address was on Robert Frost Drive in Austintown, was indicted Thursday on charges of kidnapping, strangulation and domestic violence in an Aug. 21 and Aug 22 episode in Austintown.

If convicted, he could get more than 10 years in prison. Hunter’s indictment states that Hunter was previously convicted of domestic violence May 15 in Mahoning County Area Court in Austintown and Jan. 11, 2023, in that same court.

Others indicted Thursday are:

•Thomas N. Foraker, 25, Saul Drive, Hubbard, two counts of forgery and one count of misdemeanor attempted theft.

•Debbie Minerd-Vitko, 68, Parkcliffe Avenue, aggravated drug possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Martel D. Bufford, 48, Grafton, Wisc., aggravated drug possession and operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, a drug of abuse or a combination of them — OVI.

•Mickele J. Glenn, 35, Grandview Avenue, Struthers, heroin possession, cocaine possession and drug possession.

•Robert M. Skvara, 41, Mahoning County jail, cocaine possession, aggravated drug possession, two counts of drug possession, four counts of selling, purchasing, distributing or delivering dangerous drugs and one count of violating controlled substances laws.

•Carol A. Hagerty, 25, 7th Street, Struthers, felony theft.

•Ryan J. Coyier, 29, Wilson Street, Struthers, cocaine possession, fentanyl related compound possession, heroin possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Aaron J. Overburger, 46, Madison, Ohio, cocaine possession and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

•Denzel M. Jarrett, 20 Magnolia Avenue, receiving stolen property, carrying a concealed weapon and obstructing official business.

•Ama-Efura Dodson, 40, homeless, receiving stolen property and breaking and entering.

• Julian M. Woods, 33, Elyria, failure to register.

•Rayshawn Gilmore, 34, Oakwood Avenue, arson registration violation.

•Dashmel J. Fernadaz-Rosa, 25, Tudor Lane, Boardman, failure to verify address.

•Henry L. Edmonds, 51, Seville Drive, Canfield, failure to provide notice of change of address.
