Nov. 19, 2:03 a.m. — Logan M. Larlham, 26, 103 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Mahoning County deputies on Boardman warrants for possession of drugs, possession of drug abuse instruments, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nov. 18, 12:07 p.m. — John T. Reeher, 56, 1535 Cranbrook Drive, Hermitage, Pa., was arrested by Youngstown Police on a Boardman theft warrant.
2:50 p.m. — Byron D. Jones, 28, 6031 Applecrest Court, Boardman, was arrested at 6532 Market St. on charges of criminal trespassing, resisting arrest and obstructing official business.
5:50 p.m. — Frank N. Carswell, 24, 6767 Applewood Blvd., Boardman, was arrested at that address on a domestic violence threats charge.
Nov. 17, 2:31 a.m. — Siomar D.B. Malave, 38, 407 Rockdale Ave., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Berks County, Pa., warrant for a probation violation on an arson charge, and was cited for operating a vehicle without a valid license and a marked lanes violation.
12:18 p.m. — An investigation is ongoing into a man who flagged down officers on Southern Boulevard claiming he was shot after turning onto Southern Boulevard from Maple Avenue.
7:31 p.m. — Tori L. Creatore, 28, 6025 Applecrest Court, Boardman, was arrested at an undisclosed address on a domestic violence charge.
Nov. 16, 2:17 a.m. — Tyler J. Verhest, 25, 145 Renee Drive, Struthers, was arrested at 7165 Locust Ave. on a domestic violence charge.
11:59 a.m. — Trevor D. Worsley, 26, 407 Rockdale Ave., Boardman, and Dynasty J. Gordon, 22, of the same address, were both arrested at that address on obstructing official business charges.
5:55 p.m. — Travis M. Lupton, 35, 477 High St., Washingtonville, was issued a citation at 7401 Market St. on a disorderly conduct while intoxicated charge.
Nov. 15, 12:37 p.m. — Marlyne Celestin, 35, 1825 S. Raccoon Road, Austintown, was arrested at 4747 South Ave. on disorderly conduct and obstructing official business charges.
1:09 p.m. — A 2023 Kia Sportage was damaged (window smashed out and steering column damaged) during an attempted auto theft at 5955 Glenwood Ave.
5:22 p.m. — Douglas K. See, 65, 665 Devitt Ave., Campbell, was arrested at 1300 Doral Drive on a theft charge.
5:45 p.m. — Kimberly N. Floyd, 45, 97 Lilburne Drive, Youngstown, and Yasha L. Cashwell, 44, 2635 Austin St., Youngstown, were each arrested at 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road on theft charges.
8:08 p.m. — Marina L. Samuels, 28, 34 W. Federal St., Youngstown, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman theft warrant.
9:44 p.m. — Tiffany Rabquer, 35, 21 Camelot Drive, Youngstown, was arrested at 1300 Doral Drive on a theft charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge.
10:48 p.m. — Jerome J. Kovach, 65, 8 Ginesi Drive, Clark, New Jersey,, was arrested in the 1200 block of Boardman-Canfield Road following an investigation into a vehicle in the ditch on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and a citation for failure to control.
Nov. 14, 1:14 p.m. — Scott L. Pelton, 27, 14 Pamela Path, Cortland, was arrested by Ohio Highway Patrol troopers on a Boardman warrant for drug possession.
5:00 p.m. — Marina L. Samuels, 28, 34 W. Federal St., Youngstown, was arrested on post on a Boardman theft charge.
5:57 p.m. — A break-in was reported at 87 Sciota Ave. following an alarm drop at that address and a window screen located on the ground.
9:21 p.m. — Jose L. Lassalle, 42, 345 Indianola Road, Boardman, was arrested at an undisclosed address on domestic violence charges.
Nov. 13, 4:24 a.m. — The theft of a wallet and contents, car keys and an I-Phone 14 by an unidentified white woman in her 30s, was reported at 7396 Tiffany South.
Nov. 12, 8:47 a.m. — The theft of $100 from a vehicle and criminal damaging (broken side window) was reported at 7400 Tiffany South.
10:25 a.m. — A black 2023 Kia Forte was damaged (steering column) in a reported attempt to steal the vehicle at a Larkridge Avenue residence.
12:18 p.m. — Robert L. Porada, 49, 24 McClure St., Struthers, was arrested at the Trumbull County Jail, 150 High St., Warren, on a Boardman theft warrant.
2:30 p.m. — A tan 2014 Hyundai Elantra was processed on post for evidence following a recovery of the vehicle in Niles after being reported as stolen from a Larkridge Avenue residence on Oct. 26.
6:13 p.m. — Elena Calin, 62, 19 Second St., Poland, was arrested during a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road on a theft charge.

12:50 a.m. — Nicholas M. Garritano, 29, 6240 Farmington Circle, Canfield, was arrested during a traffic stop on Paxton Road on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia, and was cited for an expired registration, fictitious plates and driving while under suspension.
Nov. 3, 2:36 p.m. — Theft of $831.59 worth of merchandise by a woman in her late 50s wearing a tan sweater reported at Marshall’s, 1134 Boardman-Poland Road.
Nov. 2, 5:32 p.m. — A 16-year-old Youngstown girl was arrested on a theft charge at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
