Youngstown man faces child-sex charge

WARREN — A Youngstown man has been charged with unlawful sexual conduct with a minor after an arrest at Quinby Park in Warren early Tuesday morning.
Omarion Parr, 20, of Broadway Street in Youngstown, pleaded not guilty before Warren Municipal Court Judge Patty Knepp later that day. Parr faces one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, a fourth-degree felony.
He posted a $30,000 bond and was released from the Trumbull County jail. His next court appearance is scheduled Monday, according to court records.
The alleged incident occurred between 12:22 a.m. and 1:38 a.m. Tuesday.
According to a Warren police report, officers responded to a suspicious vehicle report at Quinby Park, where they detained the suspect and recovered a handgun, ammunition and other evidence.
The victim’s age has not been disclosed.
