WHAT: December trustees meeting

PRESENT: Alan Hemphill, John Jakubec and Tom Frost

Trustees:

• Approved temporary appropriations for 2025 of $992,130.

• Approved Medical Mutual for hospitalization and life insurance for 2025, with an increase of 0.06%.

• Approved a memorandum of understanding with the Mahoning County commissioners for the township’s cemetery driveway paving grant of $50,000.

• Approved paying Ohio Public Works Commission loans for Gault Road and Blott Road SW Management Project at $2,908.26 and Blott Road safety upgrade project at $1,356.54.

• Approved paying an invoice to the Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation for 2025 at $10,502.

• Approved then and now purchase orders to Penn Care for $195,181.

• Announced the sale of a police car at a Nov. 30 auction generated $4,221.
