WHAT: Board of Education organizational and regular meetings Wednesday

PRESENT: Nick Gallo, Jody Klase, Jessica Krumpak, Donna Shields and Kristina Merola

The board:

• Named Klase as president and Shields as vice president for 2025.

• Approved committee appointments: Krumpak and Merola to personnel committee, Shields and Gallo to finance, Merola and Krumpak to program / policy, Gallo and Shields to buildings/ grounds/ operations, Klase and Shields to business advisory, and Shields as legislative liaison.

• Approved selling or discarding old textbooks, library books, and equipment at the two schools due to age, condition or being beyond repair.

• Set meetings for 6 p.m. the third Wednesday of each month at the high school media center.
