YOUNGSTOWN — Testimony resumed Thursday in the aggravated murder trial of Andre K. Bailey, 40, but the case is not over, and the trial will not take place today.

Instead, it will resume Monday morning in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.

Bailey is accused of participating in the Oct. 17 shooting death of Reynaldo Hernandez, 24, whose body was found Oct. 18 on Liberty Road near Wardle Avenue in the area of the Mount Hope Veterans Memorial Cemetery on Youngstown’s East Side.

Authorities believe Hernandez was killed inside a home on Bott Street, also on the East Side.
