Man killed in Weathersfield crash
WEATHERSFIELD — A Champion man was killed early Saturday in a single-vehicle crash on West Park Avenue in the township.
Robert Warner II was driving a Ford F-150 pickup east on West Park Avenue around 6 a.m. when he veered off the north side of the road and crashed into a utility pole and bridge foundation, according to the Warren post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Warner was pronounced dead at the scene, a patrol report states. The crash is still under investigation.
