State Rep. Nick Santucci, R-Niles, received the 2025 Ally of Economic Development Award from NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association.

Santucci said he is “proud to stand with Ohio’s commercial real estate industry as a champion for growth, investment and job creation. From revitalizing our communities to attracting new businesses, the real estate sector is a driving force behind Ohio’s economic success.”

Formed in 1967 as the National Association of Industrial Parks, NAIOP has more than 21,000 members throughout North America including developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-used real estate.

“By fostering smart development, cutting red tape and creating a pro-business environment, we can ensure that Ohio remains a top destination for innovation and opportunity,” Santucci said.
