Police activity reported April 9-15:

April 15, 8:05 p.m. — A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested on an unruly juvenile charge at a Melrose Avenue residence.

7:15 p.m. — Carol I. Lopez-Soto, 26, of Warren, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on a Boardman theft warrant.

4:44 p.m. — Jerlicia D. Butler, 27, of Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

12:18 p.m. — Edward A. Brown, 24, 362 E. Florida Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Trumbull County deputies on a Boardman warrant for criminal trespassing.

12:36 a.m. — Kevin C. Flesher, 43, 757 Saddlebrook Drive, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Presidential Drive on a charge of operating a vehicle impaired and was cited for failure to yield.

April 14, 11:31 p.m. — Dominick A. Smith, 34, 307 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.

8:08 p.m. — Dylan J. McCormick, 32, 103 Royal Mall Drive, Niles, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a possession of drugs charge and was cited for no operator’s license.

6:33 p.m. — Damian D. Williams, 30, 442 Mistletoe Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest, and was cited for driving while under suspension and speeding (53 in a 40 zone).

3:34 p.m. — Trevon J. Johnson, 31, 1593 Moorefield Road, Austintown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Hillman Street on a Boardman theft warrant.

3:22 a.m. — Kyle J. Hittle, 39, 60 Oxford St., Campbell, was arrested at Grocery Outlet, 317 Boardman-Poland Road on charges of possession of dangerous drugs (prescriptions), possession of drugs (meth), and possession of drug paraphernalia.

April 13, 6:02 p.m. — Barbara D. Mahone, 49, 3627 Kiowa Road, Youngstown, was arrested on a theft charge at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

April 12, 4:13 p.m. — Shawntay Winston, 29, 3939 Helena Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Youngstown assault warrant.

12:50 p.m. — Elie J. Faraj, 40, 2447 Youngstown Road, Warren, was arrested at 838 Stuart Ave. on Boardman warrants for possession of drug paraphernalia and domestic violence threats, and on new charges for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse instruments.

12:31 a.m. — Cornell A. Barnes, 39, 4461 South Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at a South Avenue location on charges of domestic violence, obstructing official business and disrupting public service.

April 11, 10:48 p.m. — Debora Atwelushe Kawogo, 19, 139 Madison Ave., Youngstown, and Chelda A. Okeke, 22, of the same address, were each arrested on theft charges at Target, 417 Boardman-Poland Road.

8:20 p.m. — Sierra M. Whitney, 39, 1442 Forest View Drive, Youngstown, was arrested at 4010 Hillman Way on a Liberty Township warrant for a probation violation.

4:31 a.m. — Daniel P. Rosen, 40, 432 W. Omar Ave., Struthers, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on charges of possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia.

April 10, 10:33 p.m. — Hannah J. Lesh, 31, 263 Lawrence Ave., Warren, was arrested at the Trumbull County jail on Boardman warrants for theft, receiving stolen property and obstructing official business.

3:39 p.m. — Zarnna J. Wilson, 58, 94 Beechwood Drive, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), and possession of drug paraphernalia, and Bozana Cruz, 47, 440 Watkins St, Brooklyn, New York, was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl), possession of drug abuse instruments, and drug paraphernalia, and was cited for no operator’s license and a fictitious license plate.

11:31 a.m. — Cheryl J. Hartman, 46, 2007 Clifton St., Youngstown, was arrested at 702 McClurg Road on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for failure to appear on a driving while under suspension charge.

2:10 a.m. — Shane L. Robison, 57, 326 12th St., Campbell, was arrested during a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and on a Mahoning County failure to appear warrant, and was cited for failure to signal.

1:53 a.m. — Michael L. Brancho, 57, 257 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Erie Street on a Geauga County warrant for breaking and entering.

April 9, 11:31 p.m. — Kenya L. Scarsella, 43, 7590 S. Pricetown Road, Berlin Center, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on a Lordstown warrant for failure to appear on traffic charges and was cited for driving while under suspension and one headlight.

11:07 p.m. — Trevon D. Smith, 26, 3785 Indian Run Drive, Canfield, was arrested on a theft charge at Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road.

9:29 p.m. — Gerri A. King, 44, 3358 Kingston Lane, Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Glenwood Avenue on charges of possession of drugs (cocaine), possession of drugs (fentanyl) and possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Trumbull County warrant for possession of drugs (cocaine).

6 p.m. — Three 15-year-old Youngstown girls were each arrested on theft charges at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

5:56 p.m. — A 15-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Melrose Avenue residence on an unruly juvenile charge.

3:36 p.m. — Phillip M. Smith, 20, 137 Willis Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft and obstructing official business at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St.

3:30 p.m. — Charmain Nikk-Taszia Green, 31, 167 N. Hazelwood Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Glenwood Avenue on a Campbell City warrant for violation of a court order, and a Liberty Township warrant for theft.

3:25 p.m. — Michael F. Seidita, 34, 84 Wood St., Lowellville, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on a theft charge.

10:44 a.m. — Naji P. Khoury, 20, 7942 Midgewood Drive, Boardman, was arrested at the station on an illegal distribution of tobacco charge.

Police activity reported April 4-12:

April 12 — Police canine unit mutual aid was provided to the Boardman police involved with a building search in the 7000 block of Market Street.

April 12 — Police canine mutual aid was provided to Boardman police in locating a suspect who fled on foot in the 4000 block of South Avenue.

April 9 — A 17-year-old Canfield boy was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash on South Briarcliff.

April 9 — James Woodall, 36, 7015 Paxton Road, Boardman, was arrested at 45 Manor Hill on a Mahoning County failure to appear warrant.

April 7 — Erik Delahunt, 48, 239 Moreland Drive, Canfield, was arrested on charges of domestic violence, assault, endangering children and criminal damaging.

April 4 — A 17-year-old Boardman boy was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on charges of drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia following an investigation into a vape alarm in the boys’ bathroom at Mahoning County Career & Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra
