Portion of West Commerce Street to close Saturday
Staff report
YOUNGSTOWN — West Commerce Street eastbound, between Symphony Place and North Hazel Street, will be closed Saturday from 7 a.m. to midnight for the parking of three semitrucks and four tour buses for the Bob Dylan concert at the DeYor Performing Arts Center.
No on-street parking will be permitted during that time. Vehicles on the street may be subject to being towed.
