1:20 p.m. — Michael Perno, 72, 4249 Belmont Ave., Liberty, was arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Hobby Lobby, 1136 Boardman-Poland Road.
8:35 a.m. — Robert B. Williamson, 55, 81 Homestead Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft.
1 a.m. — Jason N. Dirocco, 30, 444 Pasadena Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence threats from an earlier incident, and possession of drug paraphernalia and drug-abuse instruments. Further charges were pending an investigation into power tools in Dirocco’s backpack and him matching the description of a person attempting to steal catalytic convertors.
July 19, 2:52 p.m. — Vanessa M. White, 35, 416 Seventh St., Struthers, was arrested on a theft charge following a shoplifting call at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, regarding a person skip-scanning merchandise at the self-checkout line.
12:10 p.m. — Tammy M. Russell, 60, 2374 Walker Mill Road, Poland, voluntarily turned herself in on a Boardman warrant for domestic violence.
July 18, 11:10 a.m. — Sierra N. Maizel, 21, 461 Seventh St., Struthers, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to 860 Mathews Road.

7 a.m. — Alexander D. Gromley, 30, 11204 state Route 45, Lisbon, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, after he was released from St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital, following a call to Lanai Lounge, 7631 South Ave., regarding an intoxicated white man who was pushing a bouncer, left the business, and was discovered lying in the grass at 7677 South Ave.
12:34 a.m. — Keri D. Metcalf, 31, 2516 Steele Branch Road, Frankfort, Ky., was arrested on charges of improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road.
