Police activity reported Oct. 1-9:

Oct. 9 — Orlin Santos Hernandez, 29, 1811 Bernice Court, Canton, was issued a summons for no operator’s license and speeding (48 mph in a 35 zone) and Jose Santos Hernandez, 24, of the same address, was cited for wrongful entrustment, following a traffic stop on West Main Street.

Oct. 8 — Jacob Graham, 37, 2320 Ansley St., Alliance, was arrested on charges of possession of drugs (methamphetamine) and driving while under suspension, and was cited for an unsafe vehicle, and Paige Millard, 20, 11386 Smith Goshen Road, Beloit, was arrested on a charge of possession of drugs (Methamphetamine) following a traffic stop on Edwards Avenue.

Oct. 6 — A 17-year-old Austintown boy was issued a summons for underage tobacco at MCCTC, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.

Oct. 3 — Jonathan Nation, 34, 1719 Cleveland Ave., East Liverpool, was arrested on a charge of theft related to an investigation into an Aug. 10 incident. Also arrested in the case were Jennifer Weingart, 27, 2337 state Route 45, Salem, who was arrested on Aug. 15 and Khrystelle Pavlick, 28, 3416 Sunnybrooke Drive, Youngstown, who was arrested on Aug. 27. All were arrested on a charge of theft.

Oct. 1 — Kerrionna Lyles, 21, 725 Monroe St., New Castle, Pa., was issued a summons for open container; Demetrius Brown, 29, 1126 Sciota St., New Castle, Pa., was issued a summons for driving while under suspension and was cited for speeding (45 in a 35 zone); and Latavia Walker, 20, 1103 S. Mercer St., New Castle, Pa., was arrested on charges of obstructing official business, resisting arrest and drug abuse (marijuana), following a traffic stop on East Main Street.
