Feb. 21, 2:58 p.m. — Barry J. Anderson, 56, 1300 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested on a Mahoning County Court 4 warrant for theft.

2:50 p.m. — William D. Zemko, 77, 105 N. Bon Air Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order and on an Austintown warrant for violation of a protection order.

1:54 p.m. — Theft of a salt spreader reported at Austintown Pediatrics, 107 Javit Court.

11:52 a.m. — Scam to obtain a bus ticket reported at 4460 New Road.

Feb. 20, 9:55 p.m. — Bryasia M. Walker, 27, 29 N. Whitney Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on an Austintown warrant for theft.

2:32 p.m. — Theft of a black cellphone reported at Sheetz, 1101 N. Canfield-Niles Road.

Feb. 19, 4 p.m. — Timothy A. Esposito, 50, 3451 Neilson Ave., Youngstown, and Samuel V. Esposito, 34, same address, were each arrested on Mahoning County warrants for theft, following a call regarding two men walking on private property on North Turner Road.

12:42 p.m. — Theft of medication reported at Gateways to Better Living, 4350 Kerrybrook Drive.

9:25 a.m. — A door was kicked in at a vacant house at 209 N. Yorkshire Blvd., causing drywall damage.

7:33 a.m. — Theft of money from an unlocked vehicle reported at 166 N. Turner Road.

Feb. 18, 4:07 p.m. — John S. Lowen, 53, 109 Howard Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence.

2:14 p.m. — Theft of a purse from a shopping cart reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Feb. 17, 9:58 a.m. — A Beechcrest Avenue woman was scammed out of $800.

Feb. 16, 6:07 p.m. — Theft of two packages at 1826 Paisley St.

5:38 p.m. — Darius E. Leflore, 51, 3000 Green Acres Drive, Liberty, was arrested on a charge of theft after a shoplifting call at Walmart.

Feb. 15, 7:38 p.m. — Jamie S. Szmara, 55, 1921 Highlawn Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Champaign County warrant for failure to appear following a traffic stop on a vehicle that struck a sign at the intersection of state Route 46 and West Webb Road.

1:40 p.m. — Theft of $6.98 worth of water reported at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

9:12 p.m. — James L. Derose, 62, undisclosed address, was arrested on a Girard Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear for pretrial following a call to the Westgate Motel, 4493 Mahoning Ave., regarding a person smoking crack in one of the rooms.

Feb. 6, 10:51 a.m. — Theft of an Ohio trailer registration from a trailer reported at 5801 Mahoning Ave.

12:47 p.m. — Theft of credit cards from a vehicle reported at 6000 Mahoning Ave.

4:13 p.m. — Michael R. Wojiechowski, 40, 249 E. Lucius Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown police on an Austintown warrant for dissemination of pornography.

5:16 p.m. — Timothy D. King, 23, 5626 Radcliffe Ave., Austintown, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for possession of drugs, following a traffic stop on state Route 46.

Feb. 5, 9:17 a.m. — Unauthorized withdrawal from an account belonging to a North Edgehill Avenue resident was reported.

12:32 a.m. — Criminal damaging of a vehicle reported at 1005 Compass West.

12:44 p.m. — Theft of Igloo coolers reported at 2002 S. Raccoon Road.

7:55 p.m. — David T. Evans, 43, 3999 Radtka Drive, Warren, was arrested on a Hubbard warrant for a probation violation and was cited for driving while under suspension, a red signal violation and improper display of plates, following a traffic stop on Clarkins Drive for a vehicle with an obstructed license plate.

Feb. 4, 4:59 p.m. — Samantha S. Young, 29, 170 S. Main St., Austintown, was arrested on a Girard Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue on a vehicle with a heavily damaged windshield.

5:39 p.m. — Michael E. Davis, 59, 918 Winona Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant for failure to appear following an investigation into a report of theft at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

Feb. 3, 1:45 p.m. — Criminal damaging of a black 2017 Nissan reported at Ice House Inn, 5516 W. Webb Road.

Feb. 2, 4:10 p.m. — Lawanda T. Mitchell, 45, 48 W. Heights Ave., Youngstown, was cited for an expired registration and Craig M. Mitchell, 52, of the same address, was arrested on a charge of theft, following a traffic stop on Mahoning Avenue on a vehicle involved in shoplifting at Walmart, 6001 Mahoning Ave.

10:02 p.m. — Frederick C. Moore Jr., 46, 3810 Frederick St., Austintown, was arrested on charges of falsification, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia following a call to that address regarding a domestic disturbance.

Feb. 1, 7:22 p.m. — A wallet was reported missing at 4185 Claridge Drive.

Jan. 31, 3:08 p.m. — Theft of $440 from a machine reported at Hollywood Gaming, 777 Hollywood Drive, after a customer cashed out a voucher and got distracted, leaving the money in the machine.
