April 23
2:57 p.m. Brandice R. Shaffer, 42, 5485 South Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of theft, possession of drugs, drug paraphernalia, possession of criminal tools, and obstructing official business, following a call to 134 Boardman-Poland Road regarding a theft in progress.
4:06 p.m. Kalen J. Seawood, 29, 2717 Dunstin Drive, Warren, and Jalisa J. Jethroe, 31, 2629 South St., Warren, were each arrested on Boardman warrants for theft and possession of criminal tools, following a call to the bus stop at 7401 Market St. regarding a wanted man and woman. Seawood was later additionally charged with possession of cocaine, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
6:42 p.m. Amanda L. Arnett, 42, 62 Beechwood Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence following a call to that address regarding an altercation between household members.
April 22
2:40 a.m. Shayla P. Demar, 30, 3860 Oakleigh Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a Trumbull County warrant for a probation violation and was charged with obstructing official business, and on a warrant out of Hermitage, Pa., for “flight to avoid/false ID” following a call to Centervale Avenue for a suspicious vehicle.
3:59 a.m. Antonio T. Torres, 19, 516 Carroll St., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of obstructing official business and possession of drugs, and Eathen C. Grogg, 19, 5010 Friendship Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of possession of marijuana, obstructing official business, and resisting arrest following the observation of two suspicious men at 133 Boardman-Poland Road.
9:10 a.m. Marc A. Chicase, 47, 5014 Glenwood Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a Boardman warrant for theft after he was observed walking on Glenwood Avenue.
6:18 p.m. Patrick M. Altier, 35, 615 Cathy Ann Drive, Boardman was arrested on charges of possession of a controlled substance and having physical control of a vehicle while intoxicated, following a call to the 7200 block of Market Street regarding a man sleeping behind the wheel of a parked vehicle.
April 21
1:11 a.m. Syrell T. J. Howell, 26, 489 Francisca Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and operating a vehicle without a valid license, and was cited for speeding (64 mph in a 40 zone), a seatbelt violation, and open container, following a traffic stop on Gertrude Avenue.
11:06 a.m. Alyssa L. Monday, 22, 7464 Sierra Madre Trail, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge following a call to an undisclosed address regarding a domestic situation.
12:22 p.m. Aleah R. A. Neidermann, 41, 147 Clifton Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a charge of theft following a call to 1201 Doral Drive regarding a shoplifter.

1:33 a.m. Custody was taken from Austintown Police of Courtnie D. Mascarella, 38, 2467 Datson Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for theft.
3:03 a.m. Custody was taken from Youngstown Police of Jessie J. Riffle, 33, 603 Clearmont Drive, Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for theft.
8:18 p.m. Custody was taken from Niles Police of Hattie L. Marrow, 33, 148 E. Ravenwood Ave., Youngstown, who was under a Boardman warrant for five counts of theft.
11:58 p.m. Mitchell L. Feaster, 36, 236 Hagen St., Buffalo, N.Y., was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia (Methamphetamine) following a call to 708 Boardman-Canfield Road for a man acting strange.

12:38 a.m. Evan C. Fullwiler, 51, 53 Centervale Ave., Boardman, was arrested on charges of domestic violence threats and obstructing official business, and on an Arizona warrant for a probation violation following a call to Centervale Avenue regarding people screaming in a driveway.
9:34 a.m. Custody was taken from Columbiana Police of James J. Depizzo, 54, 270 N. Bayshore Drive, Columbiana, who was under a Boardman warrant for three on a charge of criminal trespassing following a call to the Shops at Boardman Park, 381 Boardman-Canfield Road for a man previously warned off the property.
5:40 p.m. Emanuel J. Carter, 21, 918 Winona Drive, Youngstown, and Antonio T. Torres, 19, 516 Carroll St., Youngstown, were each charged with theft following a call to 1300 Doral Drive regarding two shoplifters in the store.
7:30 p.m. Kenneth M. Coleman, 36, 41 Arlene Ave., Boardman, was arrested at an Arlene Avenue location on a Mahoning County warrant for domestic violence.
10:21 p.m. James Losasso, 79, 7934 Lee Run Road, Poland, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for a marked lanes violation following an OVI checkpoint on South Avenue.

12:05 a.m. Thomas D. Moses, 51, 358 S. Truesdale Ave, Youngstown, was arrested on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired and was cited for speeding (52 mph in a 35 mph zone), following a traffic stop on West Judson Avenue in Youngstown.
12:45 p.m. Catherine S. Keffer-Smith, 41, 1832 Keswick Ave., Richmond, Va., voluntarily turned herself in on Boardman warrants for forgery and criminal simulation, and on a Canfield warrant for theft, a Mahoning County warrant for fraud, and a Trumbull County warrant for forgery.
3:54 p.m. A 12-year-old Boardman boy and a 10-year-old Boardman boy were arrested on a charge of breaking and entering, and a 14-year-old Youngstown boy, was arrested on charges breaking and entering, and juvenile possession of tobacco, following a call to 88 Indianola Road regarding a burglary in progress.
10:41 p.m. Meagan A. Gore, 39, 835 Cook Ave., Boardman, was arrested on a charge of drug abuse (methamphetamine), drug abuse (fentanyl), possession of a schedule III controlled substance, possession of drug abuse instruments, obstructing official business, resisting arrest, and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on an undisclosed warrant out of Struthers and a Mahoning County warrant for a probation violation, following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked at 134 Lemans Drive.
