Oct. 14, 7 a.m. — Said S. Rakilam, 26, 11 E. Auburndale Ave., Youngstown, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on a Boardman theft warrant.
Oct. 13, 9:50 p.m. — Richard R. Vecchio, 62, 7416 Market St., Boardman, was cited at 7295 Market St. on charges of disorderly conduct and open container.
Oct. 12, 6:48 p.m. — A 14-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Beachwood Drive residence on an unruly juvenile charge.
3:17 p.m. — Carol A. Hagerty, 25, 525 Seventh St., Struthers, was arrested on a theft charge at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
12:45 p.m. — Matthew S. Donofrio, 32, 4619 Southern Blvd., was arrested on charges of domestic violence and domestic violence threats.
2:28 a.m. — Michael L. Hirt, 23, 291 Kreps Road, Beaver Township, was arrested at 8381 Market St. on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Oct. 11, noon — Demetrius R. Ison, 41, 56 Meadowbrook Ave., Boardman, was booked at the Mahoning County Jail on a Boardman menacing warrant.
11:50 a.m. — Jasmine M. Jackson, 28, 517 W. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was served a Boardman warrant for theft while in custody of the Mahoning County Justice Center.
10:50 a.m. — Samuel A. Tullio, 86, 1506 Rose Hedge Drive, was arrested at 841 Boardman-Poland Road on an aggravated menacing charge after allegedly threatened someone with a gun.
Oct. 10, 7:51 p.m. — Latroy McMillian, 29, 2716 Duke Ave., Warren, was arrested at an undisclosed location on charges of engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.
7:18 p.m. — Craig L. Forest, 61, 425 West Hylda Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at an undisclosed location on charges of engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.
7:10 p.m. — Paul A. Tyson, 45, 197 Clubside Drive, New Philadelphia, was arrested at an undisclosed location on charges of engaging in prostitution and possession of criminal tools.
7 p.m. — Michael Bradshaw, 19, 649 Bellair Court, Niles, was arrested on charges of obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

Oct. 9, 6:57 p.m. — A 13-year-old Boardman boy was arrested at a Woodview Avenue residence on a domestic violence charge.
2:56 p.m. — Marco A. Echeverria Mujica, 43, 2776 Center Road, Poland, was arrested at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive, on three Boardman theft warrants.
2:19 p.m. — Jeffrey A. Woods, 49, 33 Woodview Ave., Boardman, was arrested by Warren police on Boardman warrants for theft and criminal trespass.
Oct. 8, 8:43 p.m. — A 13-year-old Boardman girl and a 14-year-old Boardman girl were each arrested on post on unruly juvenile charges and were removed from the runaway juveniles listing.
7:01 p.m. — Myah E. Chimiak, 19, 222 Beechwood Road, New Wilmington, Pa., was arrested on a theft charge at 417 Boardman-Poland Road.
7 p.m. — James D. Kerensky, 22, 4325 Wedgewood Drive, Austintown, was booked into the Mahoning County Jail on a violation of a protection order charge.
5:55 p.m. — Randolph M. Jeter, 36, 156 Wesley Ave., Youngstown, was arrested by Youngstown Police on a Youngstown assault warrant and a Boardman theft
