Police activity reported Oct. 3-11:
Oct. 11 — Jenny Grin, 42, 445 Greenmont Drive, Canfield, was cited on a charge of failure to confine / restrain dogs following a report of dogs running at large and four prior incidents since August 2023.
Oct. 9 — A 17-year-old Beloit boy was issued a summons to the Juvenile Justice Center on charges of drug abuse (THC oil) and drug paraphernalia (vaporizer) charges, after he was observed using a vape at Mahoning County Career and Technical Center, 7300 N. Palmyra Road.
Oct. 9 — A 15 year old Canfield boy was cited into the Juvenile Justice Center on unruly juvenile charges following an investigation into a juvenile leaving a residence without permission in the 100 block of Talsman Drive.
Oct. 7 — Donna Mastromatteo, 82, 31 Meadow Court, Canfield, was cited on a charge of assured clear distance following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Talsman Drive and East Main Street.
Oct. 7 — Raphael Vargas, 53, 4310 Goldengate Square, Columbus, was issued a summons on a driving while under suspension charge and was cited for a marked lanes violation, and Sandra St. Clair, 24, 310 E. Ninth St., Columbus, was issued a summons on a wrongful entrustment charge following a traffic stop on Lisbon Street.
Oct. 3 — Christopher Carey, 54, 8475 Youngstown-Salem Road, Canfield, was arrested on an operating a vehicle while impaired charge following a two-vehicle crash investigation in the parking lot at 525 E. Main St.
