Feb. 18, 5:42 p.m. — Laura C. Blake, 58, 634 Fairmont Ave., Youngstown, was arrested at the Southern Park Mall, 7401 Market St., on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia (crack pipe).
1:04 a.m. — Carrie A. Thomas, 40, 7737 E. Parkside Drive, Boardman, was arrested on a domestic violence charge.
Feb. 17, 12:16 a.m. — Maurice A. Briggs, 40, 331 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested in the lobby at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital on charges of assault, aggravated menacing and strangulation.
Feb. 16, 5:20 p.m. — Youngstown police recovered a black 2017 Hyundai Elantra on East Lucius Avenue that had been reported stolen from 204 Afton Ave. on Feb. 4.
2:46 p.m. — Paris S. Fain, 42, 2965 Oregon Ave., Youngstown, was arrested during a one-vehicle crash investigation on Riverside Drive on charges of obstructing official business and making false alarms, and was cited for failure to control and leaving the scene of an accident.
8:31 a.m. — Richard B. Phillips, 59, 8552 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested on a violation of a protection order warrant.
Feb. 15, 11:05 p.m. — William E. Rotan, 21, 53 Melbourne Ave., Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Market Street on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and was cited for a license restriction violation, illegal window tint and a loud exhaust.
3:24 p.m. — Nathaniel C. Joy, 30, 261 Stanton Drive, Columbiana, was arrested during a traffic crash investigation on Doral Drive on three counts of a violation of a protection order.
Feb. 14, 11:18 p.m. — Jonathan T. Gregory, 26, 834 E. Midlothian Blvd., Youngstown, was arrested during a traffic stop on Boardman-Poland Road on a charge of operating a vehicle while impaired, an open container citation, and Kyla T. Tate, 40, 6110 Market St., Boardman, was arrested on a Campbell police warrant for failure to appear on a driving without a license charge.
2:30 p.m. — Matthew S. Donofrio, 33, 4619 Southern Blvd., Boardman, was arrested at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital on a domestic violence charge
1:40 a.m. — Karl M. Nail, 25, 7790 Hitchcock Road, Boardman, was arrested during a traffic stop on Stadium Drive on charges of operating a vehicle while impaired and open container and was cited for driving while under suspension, expired registration and reckless operation on private property.
Feb. 13, 2:30 p.m. — Brent K. Pollard, 24, 70 Lemans Drive, Boardman, was arrested at 5122 Market St. on a Boardman domestic violence warrant.
9:27 a.m. — Erica L. Stewart, 46, 1064 Eastway Drive, Youngstown, was arrested on a Boardman theft warrant.
Feb. 12, 12:28 p.m. — Beth A. Williams, 67, 2482 Chaney Circle, Youngstown, was arrested inside Boardman Park on an unauthorized use charge.

4:11 p.m. — Jarell L. Heard, 38, 161 W. Chalmers Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia (two crack pipes) at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.

12:15 a.m. — Sequoia L. King, 37, 24 E. Judson Ave., Youngstown, was arrested following her release from St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital on a Boardman theft warrant, and an undisclosed Mahoning County warrant.

Jan. 26, 3:05 p.m. — Martin Eberth, 46, 5108 Firnley Ave., Youngstown, was arrested on charges of operating a vehicle impaired and driving while under suspension and was cited for impeding traffic following an investigation into a driver passed out behind the wheel on Shields Road.
1:29 p.m. — Molly A. May, 24, and Jaiden R. McRae, 23, both of 4307 Helena Ave., Youngstown, were arrested on theft charges at Meijer, 1400 Boardman-Canfield Road.
Jan. 25, 10:17 p.m. — Jeffrey Bradley, 64, 4161 Claridge Drive, Austintown, was arrested on a criminal trespassing charge at Walmart, 1300 Doral Drive.
8:09 p.m. — A 14-year-old Boardman girl was arrested on a domestic violence charge at a Shields Road residence.
7:27 p.m. — Mutual aid was provided to Youngstown police involved in a vehicle pursuit that ended on West Midlothian Boulevard with the arrest on undisclosed charges by Youngstown police of Carla D. Moore, 58, of Bel Air, Maryland.
