Richard D. Enright 1933-2021

He was born Sept. 25, 1933, a son of the late Daniel and Margaret Jane Baker Enright.

He was a Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy on the USS Midway.

Dick was retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where he was a store manager.

Dick was a member of Boardman Baptist Church. His favorite hobbies included reading, watching football and spending time with his grandchildren and his beloved dog, Chloe.

His wife of 58 years of marriage, Garnet L. Enright, died Dec. 2, 2015.

He leaves behind his two sons, Rick (Connie) Enright of Aurora, Ill., and Marty (Estelle) Enright of Boardman; a daughter-in-law, Jennifer Enright of Youngstown; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Tiffany, Nicole, Danny, Katie, Courtney and Colin; and one great-granddaughter, Madolin.

Dick was preceded in death by his brother, Daniel Enright; his sister, Joanne Felton; and his son, Joel Enright.

Private services will be held at a future date. In lieu of flowers, Dick’s family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in his memory to the Angels for Animals in Canfield.
