Carol E. Vargo 1962-2021

Carol was born in Youngstown to the late Robert J. and Mary T. Garchar Belloto. A graduate of Struthers High School and Youngstown State University, Carol was employed at Legacy Roofing and had many true friends there. She enjoyed working in her garden, collecting antiques, baking and vacationing in Las Vegas to see the Grand Canyon and M&M Store. She loved all the cats she had rescued over the years. She loved “her boys” and was looking forward to spending time with her grandson, Makai (her baby).

She leaves two sons, Michael (Michelle Cendana and their son, Makai) of Las Vegas, Nev., and Phillip of Lyndhurst; sisters, Kathy Jean Ronci of Boardman, Terri Whitney of Ravenna, Marie Belloto (Randy McConnell) of Boardman and Linda Belloto of Chicago; brothers, Robert Belloto of Beavercreek, Mark Belloto of Atlanta, Ga., Walter Belloto of Struthers, Tim Belloto of Akron and Jim Belloto of Peninsula; and many nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2021, at the Eckard Baldwin Funeral Home and Chapel, 760 E. Market St., Akron. A memorial service will immediately follow at 6 p.m., with Pastor Ron Shultz officiating.
