Nancy J. Howley 1939-2024

Nancy was born Nov. 26, 1939, in Clarion, Pa., a daughter of Benjamin and Ella Mae Edinger Williams.

Her husband, Francis “Frank” E. Howley, whom she married March 2, 1957, passed away Dec. 27, 2021.

She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her children, Frank R. (Allyson) Howley of North Jackson, Thomas E. Howley of Girard, Eugene J. (Lori) Howley of Weathersfield, Amy (Ken) Kovalchik of Berlin Center, Mary Porter of Poland and Julie L. (John) Melek of Poland; 22 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.

She also leaves her siblings, Dan (Shirley) Williams and Janice Hudach, both of Hubbard.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband; daughters, Lora Lee Howley and Mae Ann Weimer; her son, John Mathew Howley; and her sister, Lora Williams.

Family and friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 21, 2024, at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.

There will be services held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2024, with calling hours prior to the service from 10 to 11 a.m., at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.

Nancy will be laid to rest in Mahoning Valley Memorial Park.
