Rocco A. Kinsley 1944-2024

He was born April 6, 1944, in Youngstown, the son of Frank and Virginia Bozzacco Kinsley.

Rocco was a 1962 graduate of Ursuline High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in education from Youngstown State University. He taught at St. Dominic and Madison grade schools and East High School. He also worked as a financial adviser for Butler Wick, Payne Weber and Stifel Nicholas.

Ray will be deeply missed by two brothers, Dennis (Ann Lee) Kinsley of Ellenton, Florida, and Robert (Lisa) Kinsley of Boardman; and nieces and nephews, Christina (Kuban) and Joseph Campanelli of Parrish, Florida, Jacci and Tod Leslie of Mobile, Alabama, Frank Kinsley of Sanford, Florida, Kaitlynn and Michael Scanlon of Howland, and Michael and Gail Kinsley of Ravenna.

Besides his parents, Rocco was preceded in death by a brother, Frank (Sally) Kinsley.

The family will receive relatives and friends 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, at the Rossi Brothers and Lellio Funeral Home, 4442 South Ave. in Boardman, followed by a 6 p.m. funeral service.
