Imajean Kesterke 1947-2024

Imajean was born March 12, 1947, in Humboldt, Tennessee, a daughter of Vernon and Mildred Lowry Greer.

She was a caregiver for various home healthcare associates for many years.

Imajean was a member of Highway Tabernacle Church, loved the Lord and was a prayer warrior.

She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by her family: her husband, Jack Kesterke, whom she married Sept. 3, 1966; her children, Monte (Aimee) Kesterke of Leetonia, Mark (Kelly) Kesterke of Texas, Shelby Kesterke of Liberty and Stephanie Kesterke of Washington; four grandchildren, Kayla, Monica, Benjamin and James; and great-granddaughters, Maddie and Piper.

She also leaves her siblings, Wilma Duncan of Ypsilanti, Michigan, Milton (Debbie) Greer of Georgia and Naomi (Robert) Keefer of Tennessee; and a special friend, Pat Witherup of Liberty.

Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by an infant sister, Mary Frances Greer.

There will be a memorial service held 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, with calling hours 10 to 11 a.m., at Stewart-Kyle Funeral Home.
