Miranda A. Zullo, 1989-2024
YOUNGSTOWN — It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved, Miranda Anna Zullo, who tragically left us Sunday, Nov. 10, 2024. Miranda was involved in a motor vehicle accident and sadly succumbed to her injuries.
She was born May 25, 1989, at St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital. She was the daughter of Jerry Zullo and the late Diana Repko Zullo Lockard. In all aspects of life, Miranda was known for her creative spirit and ability to think outside the box. Whether through her art, writing poetry, music expression or day-to-day interactions, she brought a unique and imaginative energy that touched the hearts of many.
Miranda was preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Josephine T. Susak Repko and Raymond E. Repko of Youngstown, and Jerry J. Zullo Sr. of East Boston; her cherished mother, Diana Lynn Repko Zullo Lockard of Youngstown; and her twin angel siblings, Michael A. Zullo and Loretta J. Zullo.
She will be sadly missed by so many, including her father, Jerry Zullo; stepfather, Wayne Michalski of Hamilton, Massachusetts; her children, Cecilia M. Zullo-Michalski, Jozie R.Purfey, Jacob A. Purfey, Zyler M. Repko and Zander N. Snyder; her devoted twin sister, Michaela A. Zullo of Salem, Massachusetts; and her siblings, Roxanne Zullo of Georgetown, Massachusetts, and Justin Zullo of East Boston, Massachusetts. She also leaves her grandmother, Loretta D. Zullo of Lynn, Massachusetts.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 16, 2024, at Lane Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, 5797 Mahoning Ave., Austintown.
Family and friends may visit 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 15, 2024, at the funeral home.
Following all services, Miranda will be cremated.
