CANFIELD — It is with a heavy heart and deep sorrow that I announce the passing of my sister, Terry L. Soroka at 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 16, 2024. It is a great comfort to know that she is home and at peace with our Lord, Jesus Christ.

Born March 31, 1955, Terry graduated from Struthers High School where she was the 1973 Homecoming Queen. A few years later she was second runner up for the Miss Ohio Beauty Pageant. She was awarded first place in the talent contest on the piano by the panel of judges. She graduated from YSU with a bachelor’s and master’s degrees in music performance.
