Alan J. Lewis 1964-2025

He was born July 15, 1964, in Fort Pierce, Florida, a son of Darl and Carol Lewis. After moving to Canfield at a young age, Alan went on to graduate from Canfield High School (1982) and then YSU, becoming an electrical engineer currently employed at Myers Controlled Power in Canton.

Alan was loved by so many … he will always be remembered for his huge smile, contagious laughter and his big bear hugs! He never lost his sense of humor, even during the hardest times.

Alan is survived by his life partner, Eli Blunk; his mother, Carol Lewis; his brother, Steve (Stacey) Lewis; his sister, Terry (Tim) Ward; nephews, Brett Lewis, Jon (Taylor) Lewis, Jake (Kennedi) Workman and Mark Seeds; his nieces, Tori (Christian) Workman and Amy (Jake) Seeds; great-nieces and -nephew, Chloe, Ellie and Eric; and his beloved fur babies, Gracie and Remy.

He was preceded in death by his father, Darl Lewis.

Per Alan’s request, there will be no funeral.

A celebration of life will take place this summer.

Al … you are going to be so missed!
