Ann Patterson 1942-2025

Ann was born Dec. 14, 1942, in Harrogate, England, to the late Harry and Edith Dobson.

Ann worked as a medical records clerk for many years. She married the love of her life, Ricky Patterson, on Dec. 28, 1981, with whom she spent over 43 years and states that “she could light up a room.”

Ann was a beautiful soul with many interests throughout her life, such as baking, cooking and bingo, but her number one love in the world was her family — especially her grandkids and great-grandkids.

Ann’s memory will be carried on through her husband; her children, Joanne (Richard) Horvath, Joseph (Debra) Cordeiro, John Cordeiro, James Cordeiro and Sean (Renee) Patterson; her siblings, Pat Ibbetson and Graham Dobson; as well as her 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

Ann is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Jonathan Augustine-Cordeiro; great-grandson, Draco Cordeiro; and brother, Brian Dobson.

Family and friends may call 3 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 28, 2025, at Lane Funeral Homes, Austintown Chapel, with a service to follow at 5 p.m.
