Janice R. Schlosser 1950-2025

Janice was born Dec. 24, 1950, in Youngstown, the daughter of Norris and Jean Ellis Rauschenberg.

She retired from Packard Electric, where she worked the assembly line. Since retiring, Janice loved going to the casino, fishing, playing golf and gardening.

She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, with whom she played video games. She also enjoyed going to watch them play baseball.

Janice leaves behind a sister, Laraine (Stephen) Russo of Lake Milton; son, Brian (Amy) Schlosser of Struthers; and three grandsons, Gage, Greyson and Gehrig Schlosser.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a sister, Sharon Aaron.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 22, 2025, at the Kirila Funeral Home, Inc., 258 Poland Ave. in Struthers, followed by a service starting at 6 p.m.

Janice will be laid to rest in Forest Lawn Cemetery.
