Frank S. Doughton Jr. 1954-2025

Frank was born Sept. 26, 1954, in Youngstown, a son of Frank S. Sr. and Lois E. Hurl Doughton. He was a 1972 graduate of Liberty High School.

Frank was a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes Football team.

He was a salesman for many years in the Insurance Industry. Frank was very involved with unionizing his workplace in the federal prison system.

Frank will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by his family, his daughter Leah (Kevin) Toot of Chagrin Falls; and three grandchildren Alexis, Kalyn and Julia. He also leaves his siblings, Jane A. Doughton of Girard and Pamela Hurl Doughton (Steve Vogl) of Clear Lake, Minnesota; and nieces and nephews Nicholas Shields, Liza Christopher, Tracey Christopher and Kelly Russek.

His parents preceded him in death.

A Celebration of Life will be held later this year when Frank is laid to rest at Hubbard Union Cemetery.
