James Paul Devlin 1957-2025

He was born July 31, 1957, in Youngstown, a son of Thomas and Celia Welsh Devlin.

After graduating from high school, Jim served in the U.S. Army and most recently worked for the Ohio Turnpike.

He leaves behind three sons, Jameson, Sam and Shawn, of whom he was so very proud. He is also survived by his siblings, Bonnie (Mason), Patricia, Tom (T.C.), Betty Jane (Chuck) and Dave (Inger).

Jim was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Jack; a sister, Susan; and many nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes, cremation will take place and there will be no funeral services or calling hours.
