Imogene Scott 1930-2025

CORTLAND — Imogene Scott, 94, died Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Addison of Cornersburg.
She was born July 6, 1930, in Youngstown, the daughter of the late Ellis Stanley and the late Lurean Malone Roberts.
Imogene was a 1949 graduate of Chaney High School. She was a member of SCOPE and the Vienna Rod and Gun Club. Imogene loved dancing, gardening and sewing. She was active and was willing to try anything once. Imogene enjoyed traveling, especially to Alaska, Hawaii, Europe and Cook Forest. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Janis (Don) Rice of Howland, Kim Truhan of Brookfield, Eva (Ron) Yoder of Johnston and Dawn Heffner of Texas; 12 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and her cat, Ginger.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Robert Scott; brother, Arthur Roberts; sister, Anna Stephens; and grandson, Joseph Heffner.
Services will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 2, 2025, at the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, Warren.
Friends may call 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 1, 2025, and 10 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Interment will be in Crown Hill Burial Park, Vienna.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Carl W. Hall Funeral Home, Warren.
