Norma J. Stephens 1933-2025

Norma was born June 21, 1933, in Niles, the daughter of George and Margaret Monahan Kurey. She was a lifelong area resident and graduated from Warren G. Harding High School.

Besides being a proud homemaker, Norma was employed for over 37 years at Packard Electric and retired as an inspector in 1998.

Norma always made her family her top priority and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Norma had many passions throughout her life. She enjoyed crocheting and reading, and loved all animals. She will be truly missed.

Norma will be dearly missed by her children, John “Kim” (Laurie) Stephens, Bonnie (Mark) Blazsek, Terry Stephens, Tami (Sam) Piacquadio and Darci (Geoffrey Durbin) McNeilly; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; and her best friend since childhood, Ann “Hanka” Boyd; along with nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Norma was preceded in death by her parents and her two sisters, Maryann and Marlene.

Per Norma’s wishes, there will be no service and a caring cremation is taking place.

Arrangements are being handled by the professional care of the Peter Rossi & Son Memorial Chapel, 1884 North Road NE, Warren.
