Eric Kulik 1979-2025

NEW MIDDLETOWN — It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Eric Kulik, who left us on Saturday, April 19, 2025, at the age of 46.
Born March 4, 1979, in Youngstown, Eric was a proud graduate of Boardman High School, Class of 1997.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him and especially by his family.
Eric dedicated his career to the open road as a truck driver for H&M Trucking and previously with Residual Waste.
Beyond his work, he found joy in his creative side, painting with T&R Refinishing and Chizmar Painting. However, it was the love for his children that defined his life. He cherished family gatherings, always bringing warmth and laughter to those around him.
Eric was a man of many passions. He loved the thrill of riding his Harley, the energy of live music, and the joy of vacationing with family and friends. He found solace and camaraderie with his biker brothers, forging bonds that meant the world to him. His generous spirit shone through in his desire to help others, and he often sought ways to uplift those in need. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and he loved cooking, and was an amazing cook.
Eric is survived by his mother, Christine (Garry) Chizmar Allison; devoted and loving partner, Katie Monroe; three children, Joanne, Presley and Michael Kulik; nieces, Daysie and Madelyn; half-sister, Jessica; aunts and uncles, David (Kathy) Chizmar, Larry Chizmar, Cathy (George) Fercana, Vicky Bondy and Joni Chizmar; the DeMartino and Wollet families; and numerous cousins and friends.
