Steven W. Olenik 1955-2025

He was born Nov. 19, 1955, in Youngstown, a son of the late Michael J. Jr. and Theresa Sefcik Olenik.

Steven attended Cardinal Mooney High School and was a plumber in Tucson, Arizona, and Youngstown.

He was a Harley-Davidson and antique motorcycle enthusiast.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Rena Olenik (Dennis) Corn of Carrollton, Georgia, and Jason Olenik (Jackie) Svetlak of LaPorte, Indiana; sister, Nancy Olenik of Pittsburgh, Pa.; and nieces, Dawn Olenik of Youngstown and Janelle Hromyak of Pittsburgh, Pa.

Steven was preceded in death by his brothers, Michael S. and Ronald J. Olenik; and nephews, Michael S. Olenik and George W. Hromyak.

There will be a celebration of Steve’s life at a later date.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Edward J. Fox & Sons Funeral Home, 4700 Market St., Boardman.
