Four local wrestlers won titles and multiple others earned top-eight finishes at the annual Top Gun tournament in Alliance over the weekend.

With 40 girls teams in attendance, Poland’s Ella Thomas, Austintown Fitch’s Reghan Koch and West Branch’s Grace Bates and Jocelyn Brink emerged champions of their respective weight classes. Fitch finished third as a team, the highest of any area squad.

Nearly 50 boys teams also competed in Alliance, with Canfield taking eighth, the best of the multiple local teams that attended.
