BOYS BASKETBALL
Girard 67, Badger 58 — Dom Phillips scored 35 points for the Indians helping them dispatch Badger on Thursday. Phillips had a game-high and was aided by a 12-point effort from Dom Tolone with 12 and Cam Herrick with 9. Allan Winchek led the way for Badger with 25 points. Tyler McWilliams added 16.
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Crestview 66, Champion 15 — Addison Rhodes scored 29 points in a huge victory for the Rebels. Lurrain Gaskins added 10 for Crestview. A 4-point night from Riley Doan paced the Flashes.
Poland 48, Lakeview 40 — Poland picked up a crucial league win on Thursday, fending off a fourth quarter run from Lakeview. Sophia Generalovich led the way for the Mahoning County Bulldogs with 14 points. Lucy Harrell tacked on 11. Mackenzie Stowe led Lakeview with a game-high 15 points.
LaBrae 52, Liberty 10 — The Vikings piled on the points Thursday, taking down Liberty in a league win. Marissa Levensky led the way with 10 points. Riley Rowe and Angel Scruggs each scored 9 and freshman Ally Magoulick added 8.
Chalker 48, Campbell 21 — A 20-point first quarter from Chalker helped push them past the Red Devils on Thursday. Tatum Hudak led the way for the Wildcats with 12 points and Abby Grimm tacked on 10. Amira Kamal led the way for Campbell with 6 points.
Garfield 39, Newton Falls 16 — Four players scored three points for the Tigers in a defeat at the hands of Garfield. Addison Pope, Madison Davis, Kennedy Howard, and Lilly Sait each scored 3 in the loss. Garfield stats were not submitted.
Struthers 51, Girard 44 — Gianna Martin and Katelyn Kimble each scored 12 in a league victory for the Wildcats. Ava Croyle added 11 for Struthers. Caylee Wilkes scored a game-high 17 to pace the Indians. Aly Gassman scored 14.
Niles 52, Jefferson 40 — Kherington Stanford scored 21 points to lead Niles to a 12-point victory over Jefferson. Hannah Grimm tacked on 17 for the Red Dragons.
Southern 41, East Palestine 21 — Jacklyn Ogle led East Palestine with 12 points in a loss to Southern. Marley Blythe, while recording zero points, led the team with seven rebounds.

Howland picked up three wins on Thursday against Louisville. Patrick Neff won the 126-pound bout. Calvin Croff won the 175-pound match, Cohen Rudesill won the 150-pound by injury default.
