BOYS BASKETBALL
Ursuline 101, Massillon 84 — In the offensive shootout, the Fighting Irish claimed the high scoring affair over the Tigers. Noah Bell led all scorers with a staggering 30 points, Jaylen Gunther was right behind with 29, DaShaun Will added 18 and Jace Riccardo contributed 14 for Ursuline. In the loss, Chris Knight tallied 25 points, Xavier Williams lent 20 and Gio Jackson had 15 points for Massillon.
Alliance 52, West Branch 43 — The third quarter proved to be the difference maker as the Aviators outscored the Warriors by a margin of 16 points to ultimately claim the contest. JR Jackson recorded 23 points to lead all scorers for Alliance. In the loss, Cooper Anderson tallied 11 points to lead West Branch.
Carrollton 67, Salem 49 — A 20-point second quarter was enough to lift the Warriors to the win over the Quakers. Braylen Murphy drilled seven three-point shots on his way to a 28-point performance for Carrollton, while Tayvion Johnson and Andrew Birong added 14 and 12 points, respectively, to lead the Warriors. For Salem in the loss, Deontay Steele tallied 18 points.
Canfield 55, Boardman 49 — Although both teams entered the fourth quarter knotted up, the Cardinals utilized an 18-point fourth quarter to edge out the Spartans. Jake Delisio notched 22 points and Bryce Roberts chipped in 15 to lead Canfield scorers. In the loss, Kaden Mayhew led all scorers with 24 points for Boardman.
Columbiana 57, Lisbon 43 — Behind a strong first half, the Clippers claimed the contest Friday night over the Blue Devils. Seth Struharik led all scorers with a dominant 24-point performance for Columbiana. In the loss, AJ Ramgeet led Lisbon with 18 points and Blaine Barnes added 12.
Campbell 83, Struthers 50 — In a 33-point thrashing, the Red Devils dominated the Wildcats thanks in part to a game-high point total from Josue Rodriguez. He led all scorers with 31 points behind five made buckets from beyond the arc. Jared Colon lent 16 points for Campbell in the win. For Struthers in the loss, Jimmy Shaffer led with 14 points.
South Range 67, Cardinal Mooney 51 — The South Range 25-point fourth quarter propelled the Raiders to the win over the Cardinals. Luke Rohan clipped five shots from beyond the arc en route to a 26-point Friday night while Graham Heikkinen lent 12 points for the victors. In the loss, Dom Letlow tallied 16 points and Dante Turner added 14 to lead Cardinal Mooney.

Kennedy 65, Maplewood 47 — The Eagles handed the Rockets their first loss of the season Friday night with an 18-point win. Didi Ryan paced all scorers with 27 for Kennedy, 17 of which came in the opening quarter, while Gianna Pompelia lent 19. In the loss, Lauran Krieg led Maplewood with 18 points and Aliah Brumit chipped in 15.
