Five Penguins named to All-Horizon League teams
INDIANAPOLIS – The Horizon League released its 2024-25 season awards on Monday, with the selections based on voting by the League’s head coaches.
Nico Galette and EJ Farmer represent the Penguins on the All-League third team and Gabe Dynes rounded out the list, making the All-Defensive team.
On the women’s side, Youngstown State freshman Sophia Gregory was named to the All-Freshman team and was named the Freshman of the Year. Jewel Watkins received All-League second team honors and Haley Thierry was named a finalist for the Sportsmanship Award.
Western Reserve product and Robert Morris senior Danielle Vuletich was named a finalist for the Sportsmanship Award.
